MEET RACHEL

A dedicated breathwork facilitator and Pilates instructor, on a mission to ignite wellness and transformation through the power of movement and conscious breathing.

“My journey into the realms of wellness began with my own quest to heal anxiety, grief, adult acne and past trauma. Through my experiences, I've witnessed the profound impact breathwork, meditation and mindful movement can have on our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. What started as a personal journey, has organically grown into a passion for wellbeing and helping others.

As a qualified breathwork facilitator, I guide individuals through different breath patterns to either calm or energise the mind and body. Through carefully curated sessions, I create a safe and supportive space for exploration, allowing participants to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves.

In addition to breathwork, I'm also a certified Pilates instructor, blending movement and mindfulness to create dynamic movement experiences that strengthen the body, enhance flexibility, and promote overall wellness. With a keen eye for alignment and a passion for creative expression, I endeavour to make each Pilates practice a joyful celebration of movement and self-discovery.

While Pilates, Breathwork, and Meditation are powerful individually, integrating them offers a unique experience.

Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to the world of mindful movement, my goal is to inspire and empower you to explore the benefits of movement, breathwork and meditation.
