  • In our practice, you can expect a cozy safe space where you'll gain and understanding of Pranayama breathwork as well as learn different breath patterns, techniques and sequences. You'll learn to quiet your mind, release tension from your body, and connect with your inner self.

    Whether you're a beginner or experienced, our classes are suitable for all levels. 

    Classes run for approximately 60 minutes.
