Our "Burn & Breathe" class is a dynamic fusion of Pilates principles aimed at sculpting and toning your body while promoting flexibility and mobility. This class combines strength-building exercises with stretching techniques to give you a balanced and invigorating workout.

Sorrento: Wednesday 6pm (60 minutes)
Osborne Park: Sunday 8.30am (45 minutes)

A full-body workout combining Pilates and stretching to strengthen and lengthen your body. Each session ends with calming breathwork and meditation.

Bring water, mat and towel.

1:1 PRIVATE MAT OR REFORMER

Location: NOR

A Full body 60-minute mat or reformer Pilates workout. This experience is tailored to your needs and goals with an option to add a calming breathwork and meditation at the end.

ABOUT THE BODY EVENTS

We host an array of standalone events and collaborative experiences. Our events are designed to enhance core strength and flexibility with Pilates and explore the power of intentional breathing with our guided sessions aimed to reduce stress and promote emotional balance.
